Engadget vs Notion Ink – round zero

Notion Ink has barely shipped any devices yet and Engadget already claims the product is a failure because some moron somewhere managed to “brick” his device during the software update.

Software update are tricky business. If your battery dies or something else happens in the middle of the update, you may brick your device. Of course, what Engadget did not tell you is that if by some very small chance that happens to you, you need only to follow this simple procedure to fix your devices.

Once you have done, you can go back to playing Angry Birds like the rest of us:
